How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 business days
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
South Africa: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of your location, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €30.

For orders below €30, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your package throughout the delivery process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment transactions are encrypted and securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Elunaica does not store your complete payment card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elunaica.com.

We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once the order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the tank top must generally be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with its original packaging and tags where applicable.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@elunaica.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer support team will provide the return address and complete instructions. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Do you offer direct exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

To order another color, style, or product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Are your women’s tank tops covered by a warranty?

Yes. Women’s tank tops purchased directly from Elunaica are covered by our 30-day quality assurance warranty.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects, such as faulty stitching, damaged seams, defective straps, fabric faults, and production-related printing or decorative defects.

Normal wear and tear, improper washing, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations are not covered.

How should I care for my tank top?

Always follow the care label attached to the garment. We generally recommend washing with cold or lukewarm water, using a mild detergent, avoiding bleach, and air drying whenever possible.

Wash light and dark colors separately and avoid excessive heat to help preserve the fabric, shape, and color.
